HIGH PRECISION AUTOMATIC HV - LV COIL WINDING MACHINE WITH RIBBON TYPE INSULATION, WITH AUTOMATIC CUT AND RE-FEED ATTACHMENTS
NWM 500/700/1900/1200 Coil Winding Machine is ideal for winding
distribution transformer coils, reactor coils and similar process coils.
This equipment realizes automatic insulation winding between layers.
The Machine is designed with a powerful one spindle floor standing
coil winding machine with color touch screen precision servomotor drive.
The winding machine is robustly constructed in heavy rigid powder
coated MS frame structure, with powder coated covers and is provided
with fixture special shaft ball screw with LM guide mechanism guider
system and foot pedal.
The applications of this machine include the
manufacture of power distribution transformers, typically in the range
Of more then 10 KVA. Data storage is on a standard SD card, providing a
quick and simple Of backing up programs on a PC. (Optional)

The Automatic HV - LV coil winding machines are designed with robotic welded steel structure to accommodate all controls and components. A complete machine comprise the following main components:

- Inter layer Insulation decoiler unit
- Automatic Insulation cutting and feeding unit
- Automatic Ribbon Stitching unit
- Decoiler for Round conductor
