High precision all geared coil winding machine fitted on a fabricated base frame, geared head is fitted with face plate, having radial slots for holding the winding formers.

For spooler Siemens make Frequency drive & foot paddle is provided with machine for gradual increase & decrease the machine’s speed & Load. Provision for change of speeds through gear unit is incorporated inside the gear box of the machine

Two hand lever is provided with the machine, one lever for precise setting of layer for different wire size and other lever for manual reverse of wire at the end of each layer. Motorised Tensioner with tension mode A.C drive including in this machines for perfect tension winding.
